Multiple Award Blanket Purchase Agreement for Medical Gases - Japan

Medical Gases for OCONUS Military Treatment Facilities (MTF) in Japan (Including but not limited to NH Yokuska and associated Branch Health Clinics, Kadena AB, Misawa AB, NH Okinawa, Camp Zama, and Yakota AB). The Government intends to award three (3) new five (5)-year firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). See attached HT941025Q2019 CSS Japan Medical Gases for more information. The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to:

A. Update FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Products and Commercial Services (Sep 2023) to extend the solicitation close date: Quotations must be received no later than 10:00 a.m. Pacific on Thursday, May 29, 2025; B. Update HT941025Q2019 Attach 1 Statement of Work to include BHC Atsugi and Camp Camp Fugi and update Misawa delivery information; C. Update HT941025Q2019 Attach 2 Quote Sheet to add "Cover Sheet" tab, include BHC Atsugi and Camp Fuji, remove some welding/idustrial gases, and update valve replacement information. D. All other paragraphs, provisions, and conditions of this solicitation remain unchanged. Please see attachments for updated documents.

The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to:
