Water Quality Monitoring Services

Reference#: HT941024N0075 The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) Western Markets - Contracting Division (WM-CD) on behalf of Facilities Management Department Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton intends to negotiate on a sole source basis (IAW FAR 13.501(a), Only One Responsible Source. The proposed source is Hach Company Ele International., the originator of the equipment and the sole authorized vendor for providing water quality monitoring services at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton.

This requirement to provide Field Service to include all parts, labor, and travel for on-site repairs, 2 on-site calibrations per year, factory recommended maintenance (including required parts), unlimited technical support calls, and free firmware updates Cassette Analyzer. This requirement has period of performance from 1 JUNE 2024 to 31 MAY 2027 (base + 2 options). There are no set-aside restrictions for this requirement.

The intended procurement will be classified under North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) 561210 – Facilities Support Services. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice will need to submit technical data sufficient to determine capability in providing the same product.

All capability statements received by the closing date of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
