Amendment 0001 to Combined Synopsis/Solicitation HT940626QB001. The purpose for Amendment 0001 is to:
1. provide updated quantities for Newborn Screening Services for Naval Hospital Jacksonville, Florida (NH Jacksonville), Naval Hospital Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (USNH GTMO) and Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, Virginia (NMCP).
2. extend the deadline for offer submission from 20 March 2026, 12:00PM EST to 26 March 2026, 2:00PM EST. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HT940626QB001 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) for Newborn Screening Services. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns.
This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity, Healthcare Contracting Division - Southeast is acquiring on behalf of Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs), Naval Hospital Jacksonville, Florida (NH Jacksonville), Naval Hospital Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (USNH GTMO), Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune, NC (NMCCL) and Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, Virginia (NMCP).
The proposed action is to award three firm fixed price contracts on a sole source basis to provide non-personal services to support the Newborn Screening program for military beneficiaries located at the MTF that have labor and delivery units.
