Combined Synopsis/Solicitation # HT940625QE027 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform monthly and emergency water quality testing for the Sterile Processing Department (SPD) located at Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune (NMCCL), 100 Brewster Blvd, Camp Lejeune, NC 28547. This requirement is being solicited in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 12.6; Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services.

Quote is required to be submitted electronically to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist on or before the date and time specified in the RFQ.
