This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial, nonpersonal services prepared in accordance with (IAW) FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes, HT9406R0034.

Product Service Code: J065 - MAINT/REPAIR/REBUILD OF EQUIPMENT- MEDICAL,DENTAL, AND VETERINARY EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES NAICS Code: 811210 - Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance Place of Performance: 633rd Medical Group, Langley AFB, VA The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity – Southeastern Contracting Market Division has issued this Solicitation as a Request for Quotes to compete and award a single Firm Fixed Price contract using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, for the 633tfh Medical Group at Langley AFB, VA for preventative maintenance on Steris AMSCO 400 MEDIUM and Atlas transfer carriage.

Services from 1 August 2024 – 31 July2025 and four one-year option periods from 1 August 2025 through 31 July 2029. This will be a 100% Small Business set-aside solicited under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811210 with a size standard of $34M. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations.
