Notice of Intent: Learning Tree International USA Inc.

The Defense Health Agency (DHA), Northeastern Markets Contracting Division (NM-CD), on behalf of Alexander T. Augusta Military Medical Center intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Learning Tree International USA Inc. (CAGE: 0J6P7). The anticipated award will be made under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b) (1) “Soliciting from a Single Source for Purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold”.

The contract is intended to procure governement training and certification vouchers.This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. Phone calls will not be accepted. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed action based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities by responding to this notice no later than 9am EST, Friday, September 20, 2024 by email to claudia.a.febresmormontoy.ctr@health.mil. All information submitted should support the offeror’s capability to provide the training required and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.
