US. Coast Guard Recruiting Office Corpus Christi

The United States Coast Guard recruiting Command is seeking to lease a min of 2000 rentable square feet retail and a max of 3000 sq ft unit with the following criteria Facility suitable for 7 USCG personnel to operate a Coast Guard Recruiting Office Station, with bare minimum of 2000 square feet of space, preferably located in a retail shopping strip

1.Storage & Kitchenette or the ability to add

2.Unit must have a back door Exit that leads to the outside

3.Landlord must agree to register their entity in SAM.gov for payments made by Coast Guard. All Landlords must be registered and have a UID on SAM.gov in order to receive rental payments

4.Parking spaces available for 2 GV's

5.Space must be available no later than Oct 1, 2026

- Building Ownership information: The proof of property ownership or authority to enter a contract to convey exclusive rights of subject property, such as a warranty deed or management agreement which included owner’s deed. NO SUBLEASES

- Building name and address of available space within building,

- Building management point of contact, name, phone number, email address - Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any,

- Date of space occupancy availability, - Amount of parking available on-site and/or nearby parking garages/areas,
