CANCELLATION NOTICE Solicitation HS002124RCP01 for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency’s (DCSA) Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) for the Security Education and Training System (SETS) eLearning Platform is hereby cancelled in its entirety due to a change in the technical requirements resulting from the Program Zero Baseline Review held on 07 January 2026. The Government appreciates the time and effort vendors invested in preparing and submitting a response to this CSO. Interest in doing business with the Government is highly valued.
