NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency intends to to award a sole source contract. This proposed firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract includes a requirement for annual maintenance and support of proprietary Tone Software Corporation JES2FTP and Report Processing Language (RPL) software licenses. The proposed contract term is a base period of one (1) year and two option periods; for a total contract period of performance of three years. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with:

LH9UXWE84J89 CAGE: 5V584 The intent of this notice is to provide the pre-solicitation information required by FAR 5.2 Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions. DCSA intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1). This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations, proposals, or bids. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement.

The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. Responses to this notice, if any, must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
