High Volume Automated Meat Slicers

Amendment 1: The Commissary Equipment Description (CED 4SMAHV) has been revised. Please review the new attachment, Commissary Equipment Description CED 4SMAHV Revised 04April2024, for revised specifications and requirements. The combined synopsis/solicitation has been revised to reflect a new closing date of April 19, 2024 at 4:00 P.M. EDT and a new deadline for questions to be submitted by April 12, 2024 at 3:00 P.M. EDT.

This requirement is for the acquisition of two automatic meat slicers, that are compliant with the general operating specifications and additional requirements listed in the attached commissary equipment description (CED) 4SMAHV (attachment 1). The dimensions presented in CED 4SMAHV include any external apparatus, stand or attachments included with the automatic meat slicer.

The equipment will be delivered to Fort Carson Commissary at 1551 Prussman Blvd Bldg. 1800 Fort Carson, CO 80913. Delivery is required 30 days after award and shall be made between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. local time, Monday through Friday, excluding official Government Holidays. The submitted quote must reflect Free On Board destination for all items. There is no commitment by the Government to be responsible for any monies expended by industry responses to this RFQ.

Quotes are due by April 19, 2024, 4:00 P.M. EDT. All questions/inquiries must be submitted to the contract specialist and contracting officer via electronic mail (e-mail) no later than 3:00 P.M. EDT on April 12, 2024. Inquiries submitted via telephone calls will be re-directed to an e-mail submission.
