This is a draft Request for Quote (RFQ). The Government is conducting final internal reviews and is providing the draft to allow industry to begin formulating their response. The Government anticipates posting the final solicitation on or about December 17, 2025, however this date may adjust. The Government will not provide responses to comments or suggestions received in response to this notice but may, at its sole discretion, decide to consider information received before finalizing and publishing the RFQ.

The Government will not accept or respond to any quotes submitted in response to this draft RFQ notice. A significant note related to this RFQ is that vendors will present their offers via an ORAL PRESENTATION. Vendors are advised to begin to familiarize themselves with presenting their solution via an oral presentation. Please read the draft RFQ and draft PWS for additional information on this contract opportunity. No interested party costs will be reimbursed as a result of reading, preparing for, or responding to this special notice draft solicitation.
