DMA- EZ PASS

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, NOT A REQUEST FOR A QUOTE, A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND QUOTES WILL NOT BE REQUESTED.

The Defense Media Activity (DMA), intends to solicit and negotiate on a noncompetitive sole source basis, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(b)(2) “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.”, to Maryland Transportation Authority (MTA), to provide ten (10) E-Z Pass transponders for DMA Government vehicle and to pay associated fees for tolls when Government employees go on official travel statewide.

E-Z Pass® transponders acquired by DMA will only be used while performing official agency business in government owned vehicles (GOVs) registered in the Particular transponder E-Z Pass® account.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: The contractor must have the appropriate resources to obtain Maryland EZ Pass transponders and pay associated fees for toll through Maryland Transportation Authority (MTA). These services will be provided to The Defense Media Activity (DMA). The NAICS Code is 488490 and the small business size standard is $18 million. This is a supply contract to provide ten (10) E-Z Pass transponders for Defense Media Activity (DMA) Government vehicle and to pay associated fees for tolls when Government employees go on official travel statewide.
