The Department of Defense (DoD), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Agilent Technologies Inc, (Cage Code: 0YSC6) or Agilent Technologies Inc authorized resellers (Fedpoint Systems, LLC, Government Scientific Source, Technical Communities and TEVET) to provide Laboratory Instruments Maintenance and Repair Support Services.

This service plan will ensure the reliability, accuracy, and longevity of DPAA equipment, thereby supporting DPAA mission-critical laboratory operations. The mission of the Defense Prisoner of War (POW)/Missing in Action (MIA) Accounting Agency (DPAA) is to achieve the fullest possible accounting of all Americans missing because of the nation’s past conflicts. The highest priority of the organization is the recovery and return of the remains of fallen service members to their families.
