WJPC CDMA Lodging and Shuttle Services

Washington Headquarters Services (“WHS”), Acquisition Directorate (“AD”) is issuing this request for proposal (“RFP”) in support of the William J. Perry Center for Hemispheric Defense Studies (“WJPC”) Women Peace and Security Workshop for the Conference of the Ministers of Defense of the Americas (“CDMA”) Lodging and Shuttle Services, in accordance with Performance Work Statement (“PWS”).

This acquisition will support the Women Peace and Security Workshop for the Conference of the Ministers of Defense of the Americas (“CDMA”). This electronic version of the RFP is the official version for this acquisition. No hard copy of this RFP will be issued. This acquisition will be a Firm-Fixed Price (“FFP”) type contract using NAICS code 721110 - “Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels”. The event dates will be April 20, 2024 – April 25, 2024.
