THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE — This is a notice of the Government's intent to award a firm fixed price contract on sole source basis to the University of Virginia Darden School Foundation [100 Darden Blvd, Charlottesville, VA 22903] under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a Single Source.

Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Acquisition Directorate (AD) intends to award a contract with a three-day period of performance to Darden School Foundation for the purchase of a Senior Executive Leadership Seminar. As part of the FY22-26 Department of Defense Financial Management Strategy, the Department has identified strategic goals, one of which is to cultivate a skilled and inspired Financial Management Workforce.

Darden School possesses the unique ability to provide focused leadership training as they specialize in Executive Leadership Training in the Financial Management Community.

The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611310 – Colleges, Universities, Professional Schools This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interest and submit a capability statement for this requirement by 12:00 PM, EDT on June 12, 2024 to william.p.relyea.civ@mail.mil and rashida.d.webb.civ@mail.mil.

A determination by the Government not to compete the contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
