NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION (NOPCA)/SOURCES SOUGHT. This is not a solicitation or a request for competitive quotes.
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division (AFLCMC/HNCK), Joint Base San Antonio, Lackland AFB, TX hereby gives a notice of intent to award on a sole source basis, a firm-fixed price contract to KNF Neuberger, Inc., Cage Code-1FEC1, 2 Black Forest Rd., Trenton, NJ 08691 USA for the following items: Item # Description Part Number Unit Qty 1 Diaphragm/Vacuum/ Recirculation Pump MP-301/305/401/701 Each 20 2 Diaphragm Pump Service Kit PUE22009-T Each Each 400 3 Freight Lot 01 The proposed contract action is for supply items for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one (1) source in accordance with FAR subpart 13.5 procedures in accordance with 41 U.S.C.1901 as implemented by FAR 13.501 Special documentation requirements.
The above items have been determined, commercially available off-the shelf items, as defined in Federal Acquisition Regulation, 2.101. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333912 – Air and Gas Compressor Manufacturing. The government intends to make an award by 9 September 2024. Required delivery is 6 months after receipt of order. No technical data, drawings, or orders are available. Proposals for the required items are NOT being requested through this notice.
A determination for other than full and open competition has been approved for this acquisition. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the government’s requirement, it may identify its interest and capability to the Contract Specialist by 16 August 2024. Interested firms must indicate whether they are large, small, identify any socio-economic classification, and state whether they are U.S. or foreign owned.
