Request for Information for Ground Support System

The Singapore government has requested information for three Link 16 Ground Support Stations (GSS). AFLCMC/HNAI is seeking information on how to best support these capabilities, as described below, most seamlessly integrate with the existing software suite: Two of the nodes are intended to be fixed. The third node is intended to be transportable and utilized at any site.

1. Fixed Site #1 will support F15SG operations out of Mountain Home AFB, Idaho and Peace Carvin V mission. This site will be configured for MIDS JTRS support.

2. Fixed Site #2 will support F16 operations out of Luke AFB, Arizona and Peace Carvin II mission. This site will be configured for MIDS LVT support.

3. One (1) Transportable Node is required to be moved intra-CONUS and possible detachment sites. All three (3) Nodes must integrate with the LVT-1 BU-2 terminals and Type 1 Encryptors which will be pre-existing and US Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). All LVT-1 BU-2 ancillary equipment except the terminals is to be provided by the Contractor, including antenna, cooling trays, cables, mounts, and other ancillary items.
