MOJAVE FA1 Program Extension 2024

MOJAVE Functional Area 1 (MFA1) consists of Multiple Award, IDIQ contracts that were competitively awarded, on 1 February 2018 and consist of one base year plus four (4) twelve-month option periods. The current period of performance (PoP) for these IDIQ Contracts will expire on 31 July 2024. The MFA1 contractors provide Organization Staffing Support Services and Business Staffing Services to NGA.

The nature and description of this action (justification) being approved is for a modification to extend the Period of Performance (POP) for MFA1 seven (7) existing base Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) and their associated task orders. The seven (7) contract numbers are HM047618D0002 (Booz Allen Hamilton); HM047618D0004 (Parsons); HM047618D0005 (SAIC); HM047618D0006 (ManTech); HM047618D0007 (Vectrus); HM047618D0008 (Quadrant); and HM047618D0009 (S2 Analysis).

The PoP will be extended for a total of 12-month. This is to ensure there is no gap in critical enterprise Organization Staffing Support Services and Business Staffing Services, while the follow-on contract is being completed. This action is justified pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements due to other situation.

The current seven (7) contracts are the only vendors able to provide continued services under MOJAVE FA1 without unacceptable delays to existing mission requirements and near-term surges in mission requirements for procurement or development of replacement capabilities.
