Geospatial Warehouse for Vector Access (GWAVA)

In accordance with FAR 5.201, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is providing notice of a proposed contract action for the release of the Geospatial Warehouse for Vector Access (GWaVA) solicitation on or after 5 August 2025. The solicitation will be released as a Request for Proposal and solicited via FAR Part 15 procedures. The resulting contract will have a period of performance of 12 months for initial GWaVA development and an optional three (3) months of GWaVA operations and sustainment.

NGA anticipates the use of an advisory down-select process with the first phase involving oral presentations. NGA may post draft solicitation documents to the classified ARC website prior to solicitation release. To view this effort, you must have a TS/SCI clearance as this effort is being posted on the classified ARC website.

8/6/25 UPDATE: The RFP has been posted to the classified ARC website. Interested offerors shall notify the Contracting Officer via unclassified or secure email no later than 2 pm EST on 8 August 2025 of their intent to participate in Phase 1. Questions related to Phase 1 are due on the classified ARC website at 2 pm EST on 12 August 2025.
