UPDATE 16 April 2024 - Amendment 02 to Solicitation HHM40224R0011 has been released. Please see the attached HHM40224R001102_ESS AMENDMENT 02. The submission date of proposals is Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at 1200 PM EST.Offerors are encouraged to review the RFP package in its entirety. Any submission which does not meet the requirements of this RFP will be removed from award consideration.

The submission date of proposals has been extended to Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at 1200 PM EST. Offerors are encouraged to review the RFP package in its entirety. Any submission which does not meet the requirements of this RFP will be removed from award consideration.

This RFP HHM40224R0011 is for Electronic Security Systems (ESS) Technical Support. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract is contemplated resulting from this solicitation. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside, with a NAICS code of 561621 Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths) with a size standard of $25M.

The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
