DoWEA requires 100% digital courseware for students and teachers as well as related professional learning, and technical support for three courses: Principles of Engineering, Engineering Design and Development, Engineering Drawing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) The instructional resources shall be based on research-based best practices shown to help students master the standards. **Questions or concerns regarding this requirement may be submitted to the POC via e-mail no later than Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 12:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) with the subject line, "Questions To Solicitation Number HE125426QE033".

Amendment 0001 – Questions and Answers The Government has issued Amendment 0002 to the solicitation to incorporate Attachment 10 – Questions and Answers (Q&A). This amendment provides the Government’s responses to vendor questions submitted in accordance with the solicitation. Vendors are responsible for reviewing Attachment 10 in its entirety prior to submitting a quote. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
