Seat Licenses for AP® Calculus AB, and AP® Calculus BC

**Quote submissions must be sent in electronically to the Contract Specialist and the Contracting Officer on or before 0900 EST, Friday, May 3, 2024 Scope: DoDEA requires commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) seat-based licenses for the courses shown in the table below. The course shall be taught by DoDEA teachers. DoDEA also requires 1-2 hours of virtual professional learning on the courseware functionality and instructional materials. Each course shall possess the following characteristics:

1) Be equivalent to a year-long or two-semester unit.

2) Be accessible via single sign on (SSO) via DoDEA’s learning management system (LMS).

3) Be vendor-hosted and delivered to students via DoDEA’s LMS or hosted on DoDEA’s LMS.

4) Have rolling start dates.

Note: Rolling dates are necessary to accommodate the different school year calendars of our US and overseas schools. *DoDEA prefers to make one award but expects to make multiple awards. **Questions or concerns regarding this requirement, may be submitted to the POCs via e-mail no later than Friday, April 12, 2024, at 9:00AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) with the subject line, “Questions To Solicitation Number HE125424Q0024.”
