This is a sole source notice of intent and is not a request for proposals or quotations. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not reimburse the respondent for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice. The award is for a 1-year base period and four 1-year options. The total estimated contract value is $203,104.00.
