Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) and Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA) are hosting virtual training 2/27 25 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) about how to obtain a Facilities Clearance (FCL). Entities (including companies and academic institutes) who provide goods or services to the Government that involve access to or creation of classified information require a Facilities Clearance (FCL).
DCSA will present the process of applying for the clearance and share some common reasons why requests are returned or why the process is delayed. To REGISTER, go to https://osbp.experience.crmforce.mil/EventRegistration/s/. Select “Roadmap to Obtaining Your Facility Clearance” from the drop-down menu. Include all the required information.
If you have difficulty registering, send an e-mail message, including a screen shot of your error and your contact information (e-mail and telephone number) to DTRA-SB-Outreach@mail.mil. Registration ends midnight, 2/25/25. Registration is limited to 350 attendees; so, there is a limit of 1 attendee per organization.
NOTE: You will NOT receive a confirmation e-mail. You will receive a confirmation via a pop up message as soon as you register. Attendees will receive a link to the virtual training on 5/26/25. You can send any questions in advance via e-mail to DTRA-SB-Outreach@mail.mil using “Facilities Clearance Training Question(s)” in the subject line of your e-mail.
