ORIGINAL POSTING -- This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for the procurement of a commercial Offroad Cargo Trailer, as noted in the attached DESCRIPTION document, as well as the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document. Please note that the solicitation document provides all product requirement details, to include Attachment 1 Specifications List and Attachment 2 Buy American Balance of Payments Program Certificate Basic.
