NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Software Renewal for Adaptigent (GT Software)’s NetCobol, NeoBatch, NeoSort and Power BSORT software with a period of performance of April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract for Adaptigent (GT Software)’s NetCobol, NeoBatch, NeoSort and Power BSORT software.

The resulting purchase order will be a sole source award for one base year with Period of Performance of April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025 The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency no later than February 8, 2024 at 10:00 AM EST. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the contractor's capabilities and the ability to comply with above requirement.

Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
