Transitional Voice Services (TVS)

The TVS contract will be used to provide the Department of Defense (DoD) with Long Distance Switched (LDS) and Toll-free Service-Switched (TFS-S) in support of migrating current existing services off the expiring General Services Administration (GSA) contracts, which expires 2024, and the DoD Commercial Voice Services (CVS) BPA, which expires 2025, with the same level of quality service.

These legacy services are required to remain in place as the DoD community moves into the Internet Protocol (IP) based Unified Capabilities services. TVS is a single award, open market Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract whose geographic scope includes all regions and theaters. The services are primarily LDS and TFS-S focused between and among Government-designated locations.

It is not intended just for the migration of existing LDS and TFS-S, it may be used for any DITCO customer requirements for LDS and TFS-S, as described in the solicitation requirements. *The purpose of AMD01 is to:
