Project Management Resource Tools (PMRT) Support Services

Award Notice IAW 5.301(a)(2)(i) for the Project Management Resource Tools (PMRT) applications services support, including the Comprehensive Cost and Requirement (CCaR™) system. This includes functional and administrative expertise required to adapt, maintain, and provide uninterrupted deployment and sustainment of the CCaR™ system. CCaR™ system within the PRMT application is a Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) customizable enterprise system tailored to fit the way the Air Force does business - resulting in a highly specialized software program. This enterprise software product was created by, and is proprietary to, the company Integrated Data Services, Inc. (IDS)

(CAGE: 1GWD4). IDS controls CCaR™ data rights which is important as they do not allow any other contractors access to their CCaR™ source code. Collectively, these findings support the determination that IDS is the sole provider capable of meeting the government's technical and operational requirements on a GSA Schedule for the overall application, PMRT. The period of performance is 1 August 2025-31 July 2026 (Plus two option years).
