Intent to sole source ACS SCIF_Camp Xiphos

In accordance with ICD 705, installation and testing outside of the United States shall be performed by personnel who are U.S. TOP SECRET cleared or U.S. SECRET cleared and escorted by SCIF personnel. /////// SOCCENT J4 Contracting intends to award a sole-source firm fixed price purchase order to SIGNET TECHNOLOGIES, INC. (CAGE Code 4A8Z7; Unique Entity ID JHBXPMMAESY3) for the purchase and installation required for the Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility located at Camp Xiphos, Jordan.

See attached Statement of Objectives for more information. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 561621 – Security Systems Services. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote or proposal. However, interested parties may submit a narrative describing their capabilities and qualifications to fulfill the requirement by the response deadline. This includes the ability to travel to Camp Xiphos, Jordan, and have the required access to the SCIF.

Any costs incurred in submitting a capabilities statement will not be reimbursed by the government. A determination by the government not to open the requirement to competition, based upon the responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
