It is the Government’s intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Single-Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Ordering Contract. The ordering contract will have five (5) one (1) year ordering periods with a total capacity of $7,500,000.00. The objective of this requirement is to obtain services to develop and deliver Tactical Ground Mobility (TGM) Courses of Instruction (COI).
Contractor shall provide the personnel, management, materials, equipment, facilities, land, and vehicles (not otherwise provided by the Government) necessary to develop, manage, and instruct basic and advanced TGM Driver Courses of Instruction ensuring students receive sufficient instruction and training to attain the necessary certifications.
Training will be conducted in the Contiguous United States at a contractor provided facility/land that is located within a 400-miles of Silver Strand Training Complex Coronado, CA. The Contractor provided owned/leased facility and land shall have appropriate student berthing/lodging location(s) for twelve (12) students and five (5) support personnel that are within 25 miles of the training site. 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB)
Set Aside: Only SBA certified SDVOSB or SDVOSB Joint Venture firms that are certified under the applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code 611692 size standard at time of quote submission are eligible for award. SDVOSB or SDVOSB Joint Venture SBA certification status will be verified at https://search.certification.sba.gov/. The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is provided as an attachment to this notice.
