Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Command has a requirement for (30) In-Reach mini cold weather communication systems. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order type contract on a sole source basis to Everywhere Communications, CAGE 88VB8 for these items.

This sole source acquisition for these brand name items will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Part 13.5 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Products. A Justification and Approval (JNA) is posted with this synopsis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 334220, and the size standard is 1250 employees. This synopsis shall not be construed as a RFQ or an obligation on the part of the Government.
