EZPASS NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SOLE SOURCE

This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. This is not a solicitation or request to offers. No solicitation package is available and telephone request will not be honored. The Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC), Contracting Department, San Diego CA, 92155 intends to solicitate and award Firm-Fixed-Price base plus four option years purchase order to Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) for EZPass Toll Transponders and Toll Collection Services.

The contract action is for commercial services acquired accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures; only one source under authority FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 485113 - Bus and Other Motor Vehicle Transit Systems. The size standard is $32.5 million.

As stated above, the contract will be sole sourced to VDOT, but all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation by 10:00 p.m. (EST), 26 April 2024, to emily.lonigro@socom.mil
