Notice is a combined solicitation synopsis for bareboat charter leases in Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Solicitation involves two vessel types, one which offerors are required to submit a quote and one where a quote submission is optional. The Government reserves the right to issue one, two, or no award(s) by vessel (contract line item) type.
