This is a public notice. This is not a contract opportunity. This is not a Sources Sought Notice or Request for Proposals or Quotes. Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) is closing out dormant contract obligations within its obligation systems. NSWC intends to close contracts that have:
1) $100,000 or less in unliquidated obligations;
2) no disbursements in the past 365 calendar days or more;
3) no contract completion statement; and 4) it is believed, in good faith, that a final payment has been made on the contract. NSWC requests Vendors identify contracts from the attachment titled “Contract Closeout Vendor Notice 18 June 2024” that should not be closed. If it is identified that a contract should not be closed, Vendors must provide a detailed explanation as to why the listed contract(s) should remain open, and submit via email marina.a.simmons.civ@socom.mil and kelley.higgins.civ@socom.mil.
All responses to this Notice should contain Notice ID H92240240618CS in the subject line. This announcement will close 30 calendar days after the posting date. After the closing date of this announcement, if NSWC has not received notification that specific contracts must remain open, NSWC will begin closing the contracts on the attached list.
