0SC2119 Post Award Synopsis

This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 7,843 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 6,095 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet and 39 surface parking spaces using Other than Full and Open Competition practices for a new lease for the USDA – NRCS, RHS and FSA (COUNTY). The lease has been awarded to the PETER E WEISMAN KINNEY HILL ASSOCIATES LLC in SPARTANBURG, SC.

Commencing 12/17/2023 through 12/16/2033, the U.S. Government shall pay the Lessor annual rent of $133,049.44 for a fully serviced lease at the rate of $11,087.45 per month. Said rent shall consist of a shell rental in the amount of $94,630.38 annually and an operating rent of $38,419.06. The lease terms are set at 10 years/8 years firm. GSA may terminate this lease after 12/17/2031 with 120 days written notice to the Lessor.
