RFI/Sources Sought for Rack Mounted Server

1. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. The Government provided information is not binding and subject to change.

2. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Quote/Proposal, Invitation for Bid, or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. The Government has not made a commitment to procure any of the items/services discussed, and release of this RFI should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur costs for which reimbursement would be required or sought. A response to this RFI is not required and does not preclude participation in any future solicitations, if any are issued. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned.

3. The purpose of this RFI is for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division (AFLCMC/HNC) to gather information regarding the new manufacture of a Rack Mounted Server with the following dimensions: 1.68 Inches High x 19 Inches Wide x 18 Inches Deep.

4. Full details of the RFI requirement is restricted and distribution is limited to United States Department of Defense (DoD) contractors only. 5. DUE DATE: Interested parties have until 02 April 2024 by 8:00 AM CST to submit the attached Air Force Documentation Use and Nondisclosure Agreement by email to the contacts listed above. The Government will provide a copy of the RFI document and the response due date to approved parties after 02 April 2024.
