IRS INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Office of the Chief Procurement Office (OCPO), Office of Information Technology Acquisition (OITA), Tier Management, intends to award on a sole source basis to Carahsoft, Inc located at 11493 Sunset Hills Rd Suite 100, Reston, VA 20190, using the procedures in FAR Part 13, to provide direct support to IRS’ existing Google 360 account for IRS-Online ServicesIRS’ existing Google 360 account for IRS-Online ServicesIRS’ existing Google 360 account for IRS-Online Services.

Carahsoft is s the sole distributer of the Google 360 Suite. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services; FAR 13.501 (a) Sole Source (including brand name) acquisitions. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 541512, Computer Systems Design Services with a business size standard of 34M.
