Notice of Intent to Sole Source -PHOENIX LIDAR SYSTEMS LLC

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The 502d Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Phoenix Lidar Systems LLC (84VA0), 2113 Wells Branch Pkwy, Building 1, Suite 4000, Austin, TX 78728 for the purchase of miniRANGER-3 LITE with software and accessories for the 802 Civil Engineering Squadron. Market research revealed that no other potential small business offerors, besides Phoenix Lidar Systems LLC, were identified as interested, capable, responsible, and qualified to supply the required items. The Government intends to purchase the following supplier items from Phoenix Lidar Systems LLC. miniRANGER-3 LITE: w/ IMU-27 Dual A6K-Lite System must include:

-Riegl miniVUX3 -IMU-27 -Oblique A6K-Lite 24 MP Cams with a minimum of 16mm Lenses -Dual Frequency GNSS receiver -Single Antenna License -Hard Sided Carrying Case Accessory Kit for miniRanger: -AC power supply -Long-range WiFi Module w/ Omni-directional antenna and dual band antenna -GPS antenna cable (24" SMA to SMA) -5000mAh Lipo battery -200W iSDT dual port Lipo charger -ISDT Battery checker -Various power adapters/extension cables -microSD card -USB-Ethernet adapter -HDMI cable -Ethernet cable -GPS antenna cables/adapters, multitool -Storm case with padded dividers Software/Licensing: SpatialExplorer Perpetual- SFT.PC.EXP.P SpatialRover License- SFT.PC.ROV.P NavLab Embedded Perpetual License- SFT.PC.NAV.P SpatialPro Perpetual- SFT.PC.PRO.P SVC.CAL1 SVC.PLS.CARE.BAS The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).

Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation for offers. However, all quotes received by 11 September 2024, 12:00 pm CST will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
