F117 Engine Sustainment Support (ESS) Second Industry Day

UPDATE 11/1/24: USAF has posted GFP RFI questions and requests responses from offerors by 4pm CT on Friday 8 Nov 2024. UPDATE 10/2/24:USAF received some questions from industry in response to information posted. Questions received and USAF responses have been posted in an attachment.

9/19/24: An update to Q&A's received at the 2nd Industry day has been uploaded. An RFI regarding Small Business Opportunities has been uploaded, we ask that respondants provided responses by 4pm CT on Friday, 4 Oct 2024. UPDATE:

8/23/24: Q&A's received at the 2nd Industry day and the attendance on August 5th has been uploaded to attachments.

UPDATE 8/15/24: USAF has uploaded a zip file under attachments. These are the same documents that were in the previous file "requirements documents" and have replaced that document. This zip file will be easier to navigate, correct issues with pages 151-156, and includes excels of the GFP/GFM. You will need to request access for these documents again. Next week USAF will post attendance from the Industry Day on August 5th and questions/answers that occured at the industry day as well.

UPDATE 8/9/24: USAF Questions for Contractors have been updated based on industry day interactions. They are uploaded in attachments. The reference to bidders library are labeled requirements documents. These documents will be reuploaded next week (8/12-8/16) in a manner that is easier to navigate and will correct issues with pages 151-156. USAF will also upload an excel version of GFP.

UPDATE 8/1/24: USAF Questions for Contractors have been uploaded. USAF requests written contractor responses to these questions be submitted via email NLT 6 Sept 2024. Should you have questions or inquires related to these questions they can be discussed at industry day at one-on-one sessions.

The F117 team is working to release requirements documents discussed below, but may not be able to post them as promised on 23 July 24. The documents are being reviewed for public release and will be posted as soon as possible.

We will be holding one-on-one sessions after the morning presentation. The sign up for 20 minute one-on-one sessions will be posted NLT 23 July 2024. The sign up link will be posted on the same day as the presentation documents are uploaded.

The Contracting Officer would like bidders to have an opportunity to review the documents prior to deciding if they would like a one-on-one session.
