Notice of Intent to Sole Source GSP II Bridge Contract Extension

This posting serves as the pointer to the cross-posting on the Classified ARC website. (see below for instructions for accessing the Classified ARC). Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to issue a sole-source 12-month contract extension (which includes an optional period of six-months) for Global Service Proxy (GSP) requirements under contract number HM047622C0008 (GSP II Bridge). Therefore, no competition is being sought at this time.

A synopsis of the requirements for the GSPII Bridge contract can be found on the posting on the Classified ARC. A TS/SCI clearance is required in order to view it. If you do not already have an ARC account, please visit the unclassified ARC for registration at https://acq-ui.westfields.net/ and click on the "Register" link at the top right of the page to create your accounts. Be sure to include your classified email address as you will not be able to access your classified account without it.

Once you have finished the registration process on the unclassified system and validated your account by clicking the link you were sent via unclassified email, you need to wait two (2) business days for your classified ARC account to be created. Once your account has been created, visit the classified ARC at https://acq-ui.ace.proj.nro.ic.gov/ from a TS network using the same unclassified email and password you used on the unclassified system.

If you do not have access to a TS network but possess a TS/SCI clearance, you can arrange a visit to the ARC reading room by calling 703-230-6100 or 703-230-6300. This notice is in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2, and is not a request for competitive proposals. A solicitation will not be posted.

However, any responsible sources that believes it can meet this requirement may submit a capability statement in sufficient detail with supporting evidence to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement, which shall be considered by the NGA. A determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
