Request For Information (RFI) | F-15 Avionics Systems Supportability Analysis Please see attached full RFI and Survey This service is sole source to BAE. There is no manufacturing or data to own from this contract since it is a service contract. The government does not have assets available to provide to another company for reverse engineering or training of personnel on these systems. This requirement is being considered for a stand-alone contract with BAE.

The government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the capabilities, and experience to provide the technical expertise and engineering staff necessary to conduct the desk top audits and analysis for the 409 SCMS/GUEA managed Tehcnical Orders. The potential source must maintain a clearance at the Secret level. Samples will not be provided for supplier to evaluate. The Government will supply computers and work stations for the contractor located on Warner Robins AFB.

Contractors/Institutions responding to this market research are placed on notice that participation in this survey may not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this survey. This is currently a sole source acquisition to BAE Systems (BAE). The most recent contract was awarded to BAE in 2021 on GSA Contract Number GS-00F-240CA. This service is sole source to BAE.

There is no manufacturing to be done nor data to own from this contract since it is a service contract. This RFI is conducted in accordance with FAR 15, 52.215-3, Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes: Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes (Oct 1997) (a) The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this solicitation or to otherwise pay for the information solicited except as an allowable cost under other contracts as provided in subsection 31.205-18, Bid and proposal costs, of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. (b) Although "proposal" and "offeror" are used in this Request for Information, your response will be treated as information only.

It shall not be used as a proposal. (c) This solicitation is issued for the purpose of obtaining information relative to an upcoming effort specialized engineering services concerning F-15 Avionics Systems.
