The Defense Logistics Agency, Aviation Wing, Robins AFB, GA, will acquire NSN 1680006731767MH, Part Number 65-39035, KC-135 Aircraft Seat (Instructor Seat). Drawings/Data are not available from the procuring activity. SPRWA1-25-Q-0013 will be a written request for quote for a firm-fixed price requirements contract for estimated quantity of 10 each per NSN.

The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, The Boeing Company, CAGE 81205, Tukwila, Washington 98108. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services.
