Repair of Aircraft Digital Clock

The Air Force intends to award a Sole Source contract to Transicoil, LLC Cage Code of 65907, pursuant to 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and 10 USC2304(d)(1)(i)(ii), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). Contract will be for the repair of Digital Clocks for multiple aircrafts. The current acquisition strategy is to issue a Commercial, Firm Fixed Price contract with a basic year and Six 1-year options. Anticiapated award will be a Requirements contract.

The contemplated period of performance is Sep 18 2025 thru Sep 17 2032.
