Flight Control Computer (FCC) Interim Software Data Loader

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) awarded delivery order N0001924F0050 under Basic Ordering Agreement N0001919G0031 to Hamilton Sunstrand Corporation, Collins Aerospace (Collins), 1 Hamilton Rd. Windsor Locks, CT 06096, on an other than full and open competitive basis. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements."

Collins is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer and producer/supplier of the CH-53K Flight Control Computer (FCC) Interim Software Data Loaderof the Flight Control Computer, as well as the sole integrator of the avionics and weapons systems, and therefore is the only contractor with the requisite knowledge, experience, and technical data that can meet the Government's requirements on a timely basis.
