(UEI VQBSPRZVCCH9), 12975 Clarence Center Rd, Akron , New York 14001. Requirement is to repair and modernization of its existing LVD, Strippit Easy- Form 110/42 press brake, to continue the effective execution of its unique mission requirements. Department of the Air Force intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1). This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals.
