Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source - Madix, Inc - Shelving - Orote, Guam

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE NAICS:

337215 PSC: 7125 The Defense Commissary Agency, Supply/Equipment Acquisition Division, Fort Gregg Adams, Virginia intends to award a sole source purchase order to Madix, Inc. (UEI: CMZXQZC3S455). As a result of them being the only authorized manufacturer/supplier of Madix, Inc. brand shelving that can provide both shelving and installation services for the Orote, Guam Commissary. Only Madix Inc. brand shelving can fit in the existing shelving infrastructure at Orote, Guam Commissary.

This purchase order will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.501(a). The anticipated award date is February 7, 2024. Please note that this is not a request for quotes. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above.

Deadline date for the submittals is February 2, 2024 at 2 PM Eastern Standard Time a determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
