Notice to Sole Source for High Speed Cameras

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) AND NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. MICC Fort Cavazos intends to issue a firm-fixed award to a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Fort purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization. MICC Fort Cavazos intends to award this requirement as a sole source contract.

The contractor shall provide the MICC Fort Cavazos the Phantom High Speed Digital Imaging Cameras. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 333310 – Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing, with the size standard of 1,000 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotes.

Any vendor who believes it is capable of meeting the MICC Fort Cavazos requirement as stated herein may submit a response, which will be considered only if received by July 30, 2024, by 4:00 p.m. CST. Responses to this posting must be in writing and submitted to lexie.a.morin.civ@army.mil and lucy.u.bonner.mil@army.mil with subject line including FC 24-38. A determination not to compete the proposed order based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Please note that any prospective offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to award in accordance with FAR part 4.11.
