Xeriscape project at Redmond ATCT Redmond, OR

This is a sources sought for the Federal Aviation Administration to remove and install xeriscape at the Redmond, Oregon Air Traffic Control in Redmond, OR. The approximate area is 2,600 sq ft. Contractor will be required to remove and dispose of existing rock/vegetation/ground cover, landscape fabric and plastice sheeting and irrigation system. Contractor will be required to provide a planned design of landscape layout that that will include weed barrier, non-vegetative ground cover, and site appropriate vegetation requiring zero water & maintenance. This is set-aside for SDVOSB, 8A and Small Disadvantaged Businesses
