Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract – Kirtland AFB DC Track Integration THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The 377th Mission Support PK intends to award a sole source contract to JemTech for the installation of KPRS DREN Sunbird dcTrack ServiceNow CMDB Integration. The service requested is the integration of the existing KPRS DREN dcTrack to ServiceNow CMDB. Integration will require a two way mapping of existing dcTrack CMDB values to new and/or existing ServiceNow CMDB categories.

Requested support will be performed remotely and provided to AFRL/RVI as fully configured XML file for dcTrack installation. There is only one (1) contractor (Jemtech) who appears to be capable of performing these services without voiding the warranty. Anticipated contract award is on or about 30 August 2024. The PSC is DA01. The NAICS is 541512 and the size standard is $34 Million. The determination to award the intended sole source contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government.

All responsible WOSB concerns may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. This is not a request for quotes or proposals. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. Documentation submitted shall not exceed 5 pages and shall be submitted electronically.
