Brief Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the Edward’s AFB requirement for Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, Probes, and Antennas equal to Keysight Technologies. This requirement is being solicited as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.5.
